TELUS Health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-stakes healthcare system implementations across Canada within the TELUS Health Payvider Operations PMO. Manage EMR, health benefits, and pharmacy deployments from business case to charter and planning, with the ability to shape your own framework.

You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure delivery excellence while mentoring staff and driving standardized PM practices across projects.

Competenze

• Bilingual capability (English and French).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Mansioni

• Lead complex Payvider Operations projects (EMR, Health Benefits, Pharmacy) with minimal supervision.
• Develop charters, create business cases, manage schedules, budgets, and risk.
• Present to senior leadership with clear, actionable insights.
• Coordinate matrixed teams across analysts, clinical staff, communications and vendors.
• Advance standardized PM methodologies and mentoring across teams.
• Analyze reporting to ensure benefits for TELUS Health and customers.
• Develop project communications for diverse audiences, from client updates to SteerCo.
