Job summary

Associated Engineering in Vancouver is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects from concept to delivery. The role emphasizes client liaison, scope governance, cost control, and delivery excellence within a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates bring a Civil Engineering degree, PEng eligibility/registration with EGBC, and 15+ years in design, construction, and management, including 8+ years in consulting.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree required or equivalent.
• Registered or eligible for Professional Engineer with EGBC.
• 15+ years of design, construction and management experience.
• 8+ years in a consulting environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients on multidisciplinary projects.
• Ensure agreements with clients and sub-consultants.
• Develop and present PMP for each project and maintain updates.
• Monitor scope and obtain client approval for changes.
• Control costs to meet budgets and review cost/revenue records.
• Issue invoices promptly and accurately.
• Create and implement Quality Management Plan and QA/QC reviews.
• Mentor project coordinators and junior/mid-level PMs.
