Job summary

Entuitive is seeking a Senior Engineer focusing on structural design and evaluation of bridges in Vancouver, Canada. The role includes project delivery, production of structural documents, and construction administration to support our Vision, Mission, Values and One Company culture.

Requirements include a Civil/Structural engineering degree, PE license in the province, 10+ years of bridge experience, and proficiency with major structural software like CSiBridge, SAP2000 and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Civil/Structural engineering from an accredited university.
• Post-graduate degree in Civil/Structural engineering would be an asset.
• 10+ years of experience in bridge design, rehabilitation, and/or bridge construction engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Province of Employment.
• Background in analysis and design of concrete and steel bridges.

Responsibilities

• Preliminary and detailed design for bridges, culverts and retaining walls.
• Conduct and oversee inspections and prepare reports.
• Preparation of contract specifications and structural reports.
• Mentor and supervise junior bridge team members.
• Liaise with contractors and owners during design and construction.
