Associated Engineering, a proudly Canadian, Employee-owned company, seeks an experienced Intermediate Civil Engineer for our Calgary office. You will design municipal infrastructure, lead cross-functional teams and act as Engineer of Record on water, sanitary and stormwater projects from concept through construction.

You will collaborate with clients, manage scope and budgets, and contribute to proposals and development programs.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in civil engineering from an accredited university.
• Registered, as a Professional Engineer with APEGA.
• 5+ years civil engineering experience with emphasis on water, sanitary, stormwater and earthworks.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives from concept to design to construction.
• Act as Engineer of Record for designs, reports, cost estimates, specs and construction documents.
• Execute tenders, constructability assessments, contract administration and inspections of municipal infrastructure projects.
• Ensure field work safety as Prime Contractor and that work meets HSE requirements.
• Build and maintain client relationships to support projects and business development.
• Perform QA/QC reviews for Engineers of Record on deliverables.
• Support Project Manager with scope, schedule and budgets; assist with proposals.
