Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for one of our key clients in the insurance industry, for the Project Development Lifecycle of planned Strategic Initiatives.

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: December 31st, 2025 (with possible extension)
• Type: Hybrid (3 days on-site and 2 days remote)
• Locations: Winnipeg, MB or London, ON

Candidate MUST have the following:

• More than eight (8) years of in-depth knowledge and experience with PM principles and practices;
• Exceptional leadership skills;
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and decision-making skills;
• Ability to analyze and evaluate information and render effective decisions;
• Excellent relationship building skills;
• Proven project planning and execution skills;
• Experience with Microsoft Project Enterprise Server is an asset;
• Proven capability in managing complex projects;
• Project life-cycle management skills;
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills;
• Proficient in the use of Clarity and Smartsheet is an added advantage.
