ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our high-growth Professional Services team. In this customer-facing role, you’ll lead implementation projects to onboard renewable energy assets—including wind, solar, and battery storage—onto our industry-leading SaaS platform.

As a key member of our global delivery team, you’ll combine program leadership, technical depth, and a strong customer focus. You’ll own complex programs end-to-end—from design and planning through execution and go-live—working closely with customer executives, site teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver measurable business value. Success in this role requires driving critical-path initiatives, applying integration best practices, navigating technical detail when needed, and ensuring accountability across technical and business workstreams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead complex enterprise implementations, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customer stakeholders, including PMs, technical leads, and executives.
  • Translate business objectives into detailed project plans, owning timelines, deliverables, risk management, and communication.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams—Implementation Engineering, Product, and Customer Success—to align on strategy and execution.
  • Provide expertise in data ingestion, site connectivity, and platform configuration.
  • Drive critical-path activities, resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure accountability across all teams.
  • Maintain governance documentation, including Gantt charts, RAID logs, meeting notes, and health dashboards.
  • Champion implementation best practices and scalable integration approaches.
  • Relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering for continuous platform improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of project or program management experience in a customer-facing technology or SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated success leading complex technical enterprise implementations; experience with SCADA, industrial networking, IoT, or renewables is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of data systems integration, including network configuration, industrial protocols, and server management.
  • Exceptional communication skills; adept at engaging executive stakeholders while navigating technical details.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and lead cross-functional teams through influence.
  • Experienced in project financials, critical path planning, SOW development, change management, and timeline ownership.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile environments with strong prioritization and decision-making capabilities.
  • Collaborative, proactive mindset focused on delivering customer value, enabling team success, and driving continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the renewable energy industry or related infrastructure (wind, solar, energy storage).
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
  • Ability to interpret electrical and networking diagrams.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent a plus.
