Shape the Future of Transit. Your Journey Begins Here. We are Trapeze EAM, a leader in enterprise asset management software, seeking a Project Manager. The Project Manager will coordinate delivery efforts across teams, ensuring successful contract and service agreement delivery, along with associated revenue.

Location :

This is a fully remote opportunity with up to 15% travel.

Responsibilities :

1. Manage assigned contracts, service agreements, and projects from start to finish within scope, time, and budget.
2. Coordinate with various teams internally and externally to plan and execute delivery efforts.
3. Oversee project scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables supporting business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
4. Develop and monitor project schedules and costs throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Manage changes in project scope proactively, including change management processes.
6. Maintain a Risk Register to identify and mitigate risks early.
7. Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
8. Lead executive steering meetings and foster strong business relationships.
9. Coach, motivate, mentor, and supervise project team members and contractors.
10. Display proactive learning about software/hardware mechanics and deployment.
11. Manage stakeholder expectations and develop progress reports, proposals, and documentation as needed.
12. Contribute to best practices in project management and conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned.
13. Experience with managing a Requirement Compliance Matrix is preferred.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a vendor-based project manager in a fast-paced environment.
2. Experience managing multiple engagements with diverse requirements and deadlines.
3. Background in Consulting / Business Analysis.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Experience with Software Delivery projects or Systems Integration, both Fixed Price and Time & Material.
6. Excellent consulting and business analysis skills.
7. PMP certification is preferred or in progress.
8. Willingness to travel up to 15%, including possible weekends and nights.

Nice to have :

1. Experience with Smartsheet.
2. Experience in Enterprise Asset Management or related fields.
