Job summary

TRACK, part of the RAPP family, is recruiting a Senior Project Manager in Toronto. You will lead CRM and 360 campaign projects from initiation to delivery, coordinating strategy, creative, and technology teams.

You bring 4–7 years of agency experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, JIRA/WorkFront, and MS Office. Hybrid work model in Toronto.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 4–7 years of CRM and 360 campaign management in advertising/marketing.
  • Experience leading cross-discipline teams including strategy, creative and tech.
  • Experience in multiplatform content extensions and original content production.
  • Experience with email deployment and campaign mgmt systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficient with MS Office, MS Project and Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Keeps projects moving forward, develops plans, and communicates milestones.
  • Manages account/project meetings and issues timely reports.
  • Tracks budget and ensures deliverables fit budgets; flags risks.
  • Aligns project team to ensure resources are available when needed.

Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you are the director of the client projects – you’re the one who knows how to make things happen. You’re the master of the execution and process from project initiation to delivery. You are passionate about the space from CRM, DM and Digital. You’re creative, solutions-oriented, organized, collaborative and have exceptional people skills.

Your Responsibilities
  • Keeps projects moving forward smoothly, develops project plans for new work, ensures that creative can be produced within specified timeframes, efficiently manages + communicates milestones throughout the project lifecycle, proactively mitigates risks and comfortable adapting to changes from inception to delivery of projects.
  • Manages account/project-related meetings including weekly account status meetings, internal reviews, etc. Issues and or ensure issuance of timely contract reports.
  • Tracks budget for projects, ensures deliverables can be produced within specified budgets, proactively identifies any risks and escalates needs to business / agency leads to be addressed.
  • Aligns the project team to the work to ensure resources are available and present at appropriate times throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Responsible for maintaining the required level of quality through every step of the delivery process.
  • Manages simultaneous projects within budgetary and schedule constraints.
  • Collaborates with disciplines across the agency to deliver the highest quality of work
  • Builds respectful, strong working relationships with internal team(s) from Business Leadership to execution resources on a project, as well as external partners and vendors.
  • Builds respectful, strong working relationships when applicable with client(s). Ensure understanding and adherence to agency process.
  • Optimizes production workflows and processes with a goal of constant improvement.
  • Proficient with programs such as the Office 360 suite: Visio, Excel, PPT and MS Project, and Teams.
  • Experience with project management/workflow tools a plus (specifically WorkFront, JIRA)
  • Leads efficient meetings and conference calls. Ensures timely conference notes and action steps taken.
  • Is a champion of the agency process and quality work. Ensures adherence by all parties.
  • Is versed in mainstream process methodologies including waterfall and agile.
Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 4-7 years of experience in CRM and 360 campaign management at an advertising agency at a media, direct marketing or interactive advertising agency.
  • Experience in managing cross-discipline teams including strategy, creative and technology. (Technical background is a strong plus.)
  • Experience in multiplatform content extensions and original content production.
  • Working knowledge of email deployment, and campaign management systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Working knowledge of print production/ execution process a plus.
  • Possess an established track record of successful accomplishment with clients / teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including MS Project and Teams
  • Experience with WorkFront, JIRA or related PM systems a plus.
  • Have strong organizational skills and be detailed-oriented / stickler for details.
  • Have strong written and communication skills.

Our Hybrid Work Model

TRACK's current hybrid model is designed to enable in-person connections and collaboration that is core to our culture, while also supporting flexibility for all employees. As such, we have the option to work from home two days per week, with in-office attendance three days a week in our Toronto office.

This job posting is for an existing vacancy. The salary range for this role is $85,000-$95,000. salary range 85,000-95,000
