Job summary

Omnicom Media is seeking a Campaign Manager (Social) to drive campaign performance across social channels. You will support the Communications Design team, develop client-ready reporting, and optimize campaigns using leading platforms.

This role emphasizes data-driven insights, cross-team collaboration, and staying current with digital media trends. In-office collaboration is expected, with a policy of three in-office days per week.

Qualifications

  • Background in Marketing or Advertising is preferred.
  • Entry-level to associate experience in digital media.
  • Experience in an advertising agency or with a media partner is favorable.
  • Strong understanding of digital channels and tagging processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Communications Design team with insights for RFPs, decks, proposals and planning recommendations.
  • Develop best in class deliverables/reporting from available platforms and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with tools/solutions to enhance media strategy and performance.
  • Manage campaign setup and execution, monitor budgets and ad specs.
  • Pull reports and present meaningful insights in client presentations.

POSITION SUMMARY

The role of the Campaign Manager (Social) is responsible for the overall campaign performance and execution. Their goal is to provide best in class expertise and recommendations that drive performance.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Communications Design team with insights to inform request for proposals (RFPs), decks, proposals and planning recommendations.
  • Work internally to develop best in class deliverables/reporting to clients, from available technology platforms and services.
  • Be an expert in paid media capabilities, ability to find best in class solutions for the clients and being up-to-date with the upcoming tools/tech solutions that would work for their overall media strategy.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the digital media industry.
  • Manage campaign set up and execution.
  • Monitor creative calendars and campaign budgeting.
  • Ensure consistency of ad specs/campaign objectives.
  • Ability to facilitate tagging and successfully manage direct response campaigns.
  • Pull reports, prepare meaningful insights and recommendations and communicate these effectively in presentations.
  • Monitor the goals and key performance indicators (KPI's) for a portfolio of clients to ensure on-time and complete delivery of campaigns.
  • Assist with training Associates on tools and processes.
  • Support Communications Design team with sourcing proposals from media partners.
  • Ensure invoice clearing and budget management.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of the plan - regularly evaluate campaign performance, proactively optimize campaigns, provide campaign post reports and ensure flawless campaign setup and digital activation.
Qualifications
  • Professional or Educational background in Marketing or Advertising would give leverage to this application.
  • Entry-level to associate experience in digital media.
  • Previous experience working within an advertising agency or with a media partner.
  • Full understanding of the roles of various digital channels.
  • Understanding trafficking and website tagging processes is an asset.
  • Proficiency with media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing, AMS, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc) would give leverage to this application.
  • Passion for data, emerging media, and technology.
  • Passion for continuous development.
  • Client service oriented.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving, assisting the team, self-development, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Highly developed organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently.
  • Ability to develop and foster relationships with media partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Salary Range $45,000 - $55,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
