Senior Project Manager – Mid-Market PMO (Commercial Banking)

Rate : $50–$70 / hour on T4 OR $60–$80 / hour on Incorporation

Rates are dependent on relevant experience

About the Role :

The Banking Client's Mid-Market PMO team is looking for a high-performing Project Manager with a strong track record in Commercial Banking , HR projects , and data-driven initiatives . This role is ideal for a value-add PM who brings leadership, structure, and strong stakeholder management to every engagement.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead projects involving re-orgs and right sizing / down-sizing, in the commercial banking space.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery (scope, timeline, budget, risk, reporting)
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, HR, data, and operations teams
• Work within a structured PMO environment
• Contribute beyond typical PM duties to drive business value

What You Bring :

• 10+ years of project management experience, ideally in banking
• Experience as a Project Manager in banking or financial services (Commercial Banking)
• Managed projects involving re-orgs and right sizing / down-sizing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• PMP or equivalent experience strongly preferred
