Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, hybrid delivery methodologies, project governance, risk management, and enterprise technology delivery.
• Scrum certification such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe is highly relevant; PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent project-management certifications are preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end technology delivery of the MPW Replat form project, translating project priorities into executable plans, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Organize and facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Partner closely with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, technology teams, architects, vendors, and other delivery partners to coordinate priorities and maintain delivery alignment.
• Manage project scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and deliverables.
• Maintain project plans, Agile/Scrum artifacts, dashboards, RAID items, status reporting, and governance materials to provide transparency into overall project health.
• Facilitate project governance and stakeholder discussions to support timely decision-making, issue resolution, and escalation.
• Coordinate and monitor vendor and partner deliverables, including commitments associated with contracts and statements of work.
• Promote Agile principles, continuous improvement, delivery discipline, accountability, and collaboration across the project team.
• Support project closeout, lessons learned, operational readiness, and knowledge transfer activities.
