COFOMO in Montreal seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary programs in banking and financial services. You will drive governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, delivering initiatives on time and within budget while bridging business and technology teams in a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of project leadership, proficiency with MS Project/EPM, and a track record of transforming organizations through effective change

**The profile we are looking for is as follows:*** Have at least ten (10) years of experience in managing complex, highly visible and multidisciplinary projects in the banking or financial services sector;* Have experience in organizational transformation including technology-driven change, process improvement, evolving operating models, governance, or adopting new ways of working;* Experience in delivering large-scale initiatives with multiple work streams, external partners and vendors;* Demonstrate experience supporting adoption through communications, training, enablement, process standardization, deployment, or post-release reinforcement;* Master the definition and monitoring of results, KPIs, benefits and reports for management;* Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, operations, management or a related field;* Possess a master's degree in a relevant field (an asset);* Knowledge of project governance practices, including integrated planning, scoping, schedule and budget management, risk and issue tracking, change control and reporting to management;* Ability to structure ambiguous mandates in order to establish clear governance, plans, milestones, dependencies and decision-making mechanisms;* Master change management principles, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, reinforcement, and feedback loops;* Use MS Project, EPM, and project and portfolio management tools effectively, while demonstrating strong documentation skills;* Demonstrate an ability to define qualitative and quantitative measures to track value generated and continuous improvement;* Be familiar with agile frameworks and hybrid embodiment models;* Hold a recognized certification in project management (an asset);* Adopt an organizational vision to understand the overall impact on business and technology;* Uses strategic thinking and political acumen to build trust, accommodate different points of view, resolve tensions and foster alignment;* Exercise collaborative leadership adapted to multidisciplinary teams, multiple work streams and external partners;* Evolve effectively in ambiguous contexts while maintaining clarity, progression, and informed judgment;* Assume responsibility and show courage in raising issues, formulating recommendations and constructively resolving difficulties;* Communicate and clearly present complex issues, decisions and trade-offs to a variety of stakeholders;* Influence and mobilize stakeholders to achieve results without direct hierarchical authority;* Analyze complex situations, solve problems and translate them into concrete actions;* Demonstrate rigor, autonomy, diplomacy, excellent follow-up and attention to detail;* This position requires fluency in French and English for daily tasks, understanding documentation, and professional communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues across Canada.
