We seek a Senior Project Manager specializing in security to lead complex initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risk across multi-stakeholder programs.

You will drive project governance, ensure timely delivery, and engage with steered decisions, while leveraging 30+ years of experience and PMP/ACP credentials to guide clients through

Qualifications

• 6+ years in IT and security PM, in large-scale contexts.
• Fluency in French and English to interact with stakeholders.
• Hold PMP, MGP or ACP certification.
• Experience in risk management or in financial institutions.
• Experience in software integration and replatforming projects.
• Master's or graduate degree in project management is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans considering issues, complexity, stakeholders, and linkages with other projects.
• Ensure deliverables are completed with contribution managers to meet objectives, costs, and deadlines.
• Supervise internal and external contributors on project realization.
• Authorize resource changes and ensure quality and governance adherence.
• Develop risk analyses and define strategies to control risk levels.
• Present status to promoter, steering committee, and decision bodies.
• Mobilize stakeholders around collaboration in a complex context with divergent goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and managers during project turnaround.
• Demonstrate leadership to manage complex situations and foster buy-in.
