About the role

As a Senior Project Manager in our Montreal office, you will contribute to our team by:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining project safety programs, fostering a safety culture.
• Conducting site safety inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards and legislation.
• Liaising with clients to ensure project quality and safety standards are met.
• Leading efforts to secure new work through estimates, proposals, and presentations.
• Overseeing quality management plans and promoting a quality culture.
• Understanding client needs and offering value engineering solutions.
• Developing or overseeing the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Managing design deliverables, permits, procurement, and construction schedules.
• Reviewing design documentation for compliance, scope, and constructability.
• Monitoring project performance, including schedule, costs, safety, and quality.
• Identifying scope gaps and technical risks.

Qualifications

• Postsecondary education in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Gold Seal certification (Canadian).
• 15+ years of progressive construction experience.
• Experience with diverse project types and delivery methods.
• Strong knowledge of safety, legal, and construction industry standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
