Our client is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to support a program involving Risk, Security and data projects, amongst multiple projects from end to end delivery for a Financial client

Overview:

This hands-on role is essential in bringing our projects to life by managing all aspects of project execution, from scope and timelines to budgets. Your goal will be to ensure each project delivers exceptional value and aligns with our strategic objectives, and exceptional security outcomes for the organization.

PM is required to support a program involving Risk, Security and data projects. This person will work closely with teams across many teams and layers on projects that will influence how team members work, how they interact and impact how secure systems are to deliver solution upgrades or updates, hardware changes and framework development.

Must Have's:

• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager
• Experience supporting a program involving Cybersecurity, Risk, and Data projects
• Can manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira

Note: Slightly different from traditional Project Management, this role will require hands-on effort during project planning and delivery phases to support project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage our most complex projects from end-to-end, ensuring effective execution and adherence to scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Project facilitation, documentation management
• Delivery of complex projects within our Security team. Your role in project management and effective cross-functional collaboration will drive the successful realization of our strategic initiatives
• Align projects with our broader organizational goals, directly impacting efficiency, engagement, and user satisfaction
• Develop, track, and manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring deliverables meet financial and time parameters
• Maintain and update project documentation and workbooks, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout the lifecycle
• Develop and provide clear and consistent project updates to stakeholders, including status, changes, and key milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure collaborative execution and successful project outcomes.
• Conduct change impact analysis from end-user and process perspectives to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption; coordinate and support execution activities to accommodate identified impacts to systems, processes, people and tools.
• Monitor and report on project health, addressing risks and issues to keep projects aligned with strategic goals
• Coordinate project launches and close-outs, ensuring efficient completion and alignment with end-user needs; at times providing hands-on support for launch events.
