This is an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale strategic initiatives that support the ongoing transformation of Pacific Blue Cross. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex business and technology projects that enhance customer experiences, strengthen business capabilities, and advance organizational priorities.
We're looking for an experienced project leader with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-wide initiatives, managing complex stakeholder environments, and leading cross-functional teams through change. Working closely with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and external partners, you will drive projects from initiation through implementation while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
During your first year, your primary focus will be supporting key customer experience and digital transformation initiatives. Success in this role means building trusted partnerships, effectively managing risks and dependencies, and consistently delivering high-quality outcomes that create measurable business value.
The ideal candidate is strategic, adaptable, and customer-focused, with strong stakeholder management, communication, and delivery leadership skills. If you have experience in systems thinking, project governance, business case development, and leading programs as a Senior Project Manager or Portfolio Manager, we'd like to hear from you.
