Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Engineering Manager in Montreal to lead engineering planning and execution on large, complex projects. You will collaborate with clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams to define goals, timelines, and deliverables while overseeing design, development, testing, and implementation.

The role requires 20+ years in engineering with at least 10 years in engineering management, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets, resources, and schedules

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related field.
• 20+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 10 years in engineering management overseeing complex projects.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication in English (French is an asset).

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering planning and execution across large projects.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary engineering activities and stakeholders.
• Manage budget, schedule, and resources; mitigate risks.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure quality deliverables.
