WSP is expanding its Transportation & Infrastructure footprint across Sudbury and Northern Ontario. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will lead land development and municipal infrastructure projects from concept to construction, while building relationships with municipal and industrial clients.

You will mentor engineers, drive design quality, oversee schedules and budgets, and collaborate with planners, geotechnical and environmental teams to deliver integrated solutions that support growing

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience delivering land development and municipal engineering projects in Ontario.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario.
• Strong understanding of Ontario land development, servicing, and approvals processes.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil 3D within multidisciplinary project environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering land development and municipal infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
• Build trusted relationships with municipal, industrial, development, transportation, and public-sector clients, providing strategic technical guidance.
• Drive project success by managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, quality, and risk.
• Navigate municipal approvals and regulatory processes to move projects from vision to reality.
• Support growth of WSP's Transportation & Infrastructure business in Sudbury and Northern Ontario through client engagement.
• Mentor and develop engineers and designers, fostering technical excellence.
• Collaborate with transportation, environmental, planning, geotechnical, and water resources specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
• Champion innovation and digital delivery best practices while maintaining high engineering standards.
