Job summary

Chandos Construction in Canada seeks a Senior Project Director to lead major scope on nuclear/regulated projects. This hands-on role requires a leader who will be on site to drive decisions, remove constraints, and ensure disciplined delivery across complex, high-stakes work.

You will direct end-to-end delivery, manage subtrade contracts, establish execution rhythms, and build a high-performing team with strong stakeholder transparency.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering nuclear or similarly regulated industrial projects.
• 10+ years in industrial construction with senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record on $500M+ projects from a general contractor perspective.
• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
