Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of related experience.
• Executive/Director-level leadership experience managing large teams and programs.
• Experience delivering large-scale construction ($500M+) projects.
• Security clearance; Canadian eligibility.
• Relocation near Chalk River; no remote work.

Responsibilities

• Lead major construction initiatives valued up to $1 billion.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from feasibility to completion under FF contracts.
• Identify and mitigate risks; ensure safety, quality, regulatory standards.
• Maintain stakeholder communications with clients, contractors, suppliers, government.
• Manage budgets and resources for profitability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet scope, schedule, budget.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to align goals.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear safety and security requirements.
