Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive construction experience.
• Experience leading large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
• Proven success managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong commercial and contractual expertise.
• Experience with Construction Management, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, Alliance, IPD or similar delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
• Collaborative leadership style focused on safety, culture, client relationships and execution excellence.

Responsibilities

• Leading Complex Projects - Directing all phases of project delivery from pursuit and pre-construction through execution, commissioning, and closeout.
• Building High-Performing Teams - Developing and mentoring project managers, superintendents, project controls professionals, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Driving Financial Performance - Providing oversight of budgets, forecasts, contracts, risk management, and commercial strategy to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Creating Strong Client Partnerships - Serving as a trusted advisor to owners, consultants, public agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Supporting Business Growth - Contributing to pursuits, interviews, proposal development, operational planning, and long-term business strategy.
• Developing Future Leaders - Helping strengthen Graham's leadership bench by coaching and developing the next generation of operational talent.
