Job summary

A leading construction firm is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to oversee all construction activities related to Early Entrance Buildings (EEB) and Headwalls for the Yonge North Subway Extension. The role includes managing construction coordination, contract administration, and ensuring quality compliance. Candidates should have a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in civil construction, preferably for large-scale projects. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction.
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure or rail transit projects.
• Experience with deep excavation works is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities for EEB and Headwalls.
• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with project standards.
• Monitor design progress for compliance and constructability.
• Track progress billing and cost reports.
• Report status and progress to clients and project teams.
