As a Consultant with 2-5 years post-graduate experience, you will support planning, data analysis, reporting and project controls across Canada, contributing to lender reporting and client

Qualifications

• 2-5 years post-graduate experience in construction, consulting, project management, or development sectors.
• A recognized university degree.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with large datasets and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with planning, coordination and logistics of site visits, including scheduling and documentation management.
• Gathering, organizing, validating and analyzing project data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Preparing Monthly Monitoring Reports for lenders for all asset classes through the Construction Phase.
• Supporting project controls activities including schedule reviews, cost tracking, risk identification and progress reporting.
• Researching construction market conditions across Canada and analyzing official data.
• Knowledge management: inputting learning from commissions into internal databases and sharing.
• Quality control: ensuring compliance with quality standards and ISO audits.
• Ensuring commissions are managed to the required quality standards and completed on time.
