Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering major capital projects and programs.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary project controls teams and overseeing cost, scheduling, risk, reporting, governance, and commercial functions.
• University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, PM, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Project Controls lead across major capital projects or programs.
• Provide strategic leadership for cost, scheduling, risk, reporting, and governance activities.
• Lead multidisciplinary project controls teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely deliverables.
• Establish and maintain project controls frameworks, standards, processes, and reporting protocols.
• Oversee project performance monitoring: schedule progress, cost performance, risks, trends, and metrics.
• Lead the development, review, and presentation of integrated project controls reports and executive briefings.
• Manage project forecasting, cash flow reporting, contingency tracking, and performance analysis.
• Oversee project risk management processes including identification, assessment, and mitigation.
• Act as trusted advisor to project leadership on performance, controls, and delivery risks.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, processes, tools, and performance.
