Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage process for gathering scope and cost for project aggregations at each stage gate across disciplines.
• Analyze cost estimates to verify alignment with historical benchmarks and explain deviations.
• Manage supporting documentation for stage gate updates and regulatory filings.
• Peer review project aggregations and operate with minimal supervision.
• Develop cost estimates for substations and major equipment replacements.
• Prepare scope take-off from design specs, meeting minutes, and drawings.
• Estimate material and labor costs and input into SCMT and InEight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to review estimates and obtain approvals.
• Perform detailed variance analysis for cost estimates through project life cycle.
• Complete multiple peer reviews of cost estimates prepared by Estimating team members.
