Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive project controls experience.
• 5+ years in senior leadership roles on large infrastructure programs.
• Experience with alliance and design-build delivery models.
• Strong forecasting, risk analysis, and earned value capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project controls function for alliance, PDB, CMGC and open-book environments.
• Develop and maintain the Project Controls Management Plan covering cost, schedule, estimation, change control, risk, and forecasting.
• Establish WBS and CBS structures and maintain data integrity across the project lifecycle.
• Build integrated cost, schedule, risk, and performance management systems.
• Lead budgets, baselines, accruals, forecasts, and EACs, ensuring visibility.
• Oversee integrated schedules across design, procurement, construction, testing, and closeout.
• Implement EVMS practices and analyze CPI, SPI, SV and EAC movements.
• Lead risk program including QCRA and Monte Carlo, and integrate into cost/schedule contingencies.
• Deliver reporting and analytics for leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a high-performing project controls team.
