Onni is seeking a Senior Project Accountant in Vancouver to manage project finances, budgets and WIP reporting. You will perform cost allocations and forecasting across North American entities and support intercompany accounting activities.

The role requires 5+ years in project or construction accounting, advanced Excel, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project, job cost or construction accounting, including senior roles.
• Acumatica experience is an asset; CPA designation or working toward is an asset.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros) would be beneficial.

What You Will Do

• Minimum of 5 years of project, job cost or construction accounting experience, including time in a senior role
• Hands-on job costing, progress billings and standard labour costing in the U.S. and Canada
• Working knowledge of multi-entity and intercompany accounting, U.S. sales and use tax, and Canadian GST/PST
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and WIP reporting
• Acumatica experience is an asset; CPA designation or working toward is an asset
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups and macros)
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
• A positive, self-motivated team player with strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to cope with change in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range
