Job summary

Fresche Solutions seeks an experienced program leader to oversee complex, multi-stream initiatives for North American clients. You will drive governance, coordinate PMs, vendors, and client teams, and ensure benefits realization across programs.

Responsibilities include management of budgets, risk registers, and exec-level updates, with a focus on quality and standardized processes. Flex hours and remote work across North America are supported.

Qualifications

• Extensive program management experience with multi-stream projects.
• Experience leading distributed teams and complex governance.
• Proven ability to align roadmaps to contracts and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the program roadmap, controls, cadence, KPIs/OKRs and reporting.
• Coordinate across PMs, vendors, and client teams; manage interdependencies.
• Identify and mitigate risks; manage budget, ROI, and outcomes.
• Prepare exec-ready updates and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Standardize processes and ensure benefits realization.
