Job summary

Lumentum in Canada is seeking an Enterprise Program Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic transformation programs across operations and supply chain, driving governance, risk management, and executive reporting. You will coordinate with IT, Finance, Sales, and business units to deliver outcomes.

The role requires 8–12 years in PM/operations, experience with ERP and analytics, and PMP/APICS certifications are highly desired.

Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in Program Management, Operations, or related disciplines.
Experience managing large cross-functional programs in technology, semiconductors, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills; familiarity with ERP and analytics systems.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of strategic transformation programs supporting business operations and supply chain objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, risk registers, and executive reporting mechanisms.
Coordinate activities across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Sales, and Business Units.
Drive governance reviews and ensure accountability for deliverables and outcomes.
Support PMO standards, methodologies, metrics, and best practices.
Lead S&OP and IBP processes maturation and cross-functional demand-supply reviews.
Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting packages.
Partner with IT to deploy planning, analytics, and supplier collaboration platforms.
Monitor data quality and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
