Job summary

Manos Software Group in Canada seeks a Senior Manager, Business Operations & Strategy to lead a defined transformation and drive growth across portfolio companies. You will partner with the Managing Director to solve operating challenges, improve profitability, and enhance customer outcomes through execution and adoption of strategic priorities.

Ideal candidates bring 4–7 years of experience, MBA preferred, and a proven ability to translate strategy into action, with strong financial judgment

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of professional experience in related roles.
• Proven track record delivering measurable results.
• Strong commercial and financial judgment.
• Leadership through direct management or ownership of initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical actions and guide cross-functional change.

Responsibilities

• Own the transformation plan, KPIs, and priorities for a defined mandate.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve revenue, pricing, customer retention, cost performance, and processes.
• Build deep understanding of the business, customers, and financial performance.
• Translate priorities into actions with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
• Lead transformation initiatives from diagnosis to implementation and measure impact.
• Partner with the Managing Director and senior leadership on planning and major decisions.
• Engage teams through change and foster ownership and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with portfolio leaders to share best practices and drive improvements.
