Job summary

MNP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ERP projects within our Digital Solutions team in Canada. You will plan and drive ERP implementations, optimizations and transformations from discovery through deployment, adoption, and stabilization.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, operations, and supply chain, using Waterfall, Agile or Hybrid methods to meet client outcomes. This role offers growth within Canada’s large consulting practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, CS, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of proven project management experience, ideally with ERP projects.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; bilingual English/French is valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage ERP client projects to deliver on time, budget, scope.
• Lead ERP implementations across finance, operations, supply chain.
• Apply Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid delivery approaches.
• Facilitate governance and project ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews).
• Manage budgets, financials, and reporting on project health.
• Coordinate resources and vendors for ERP deliverables.
• Develop project plans, milestones, and governance.
• Monitor risks and issues and escalate appropriately.
• Ensure alignment across stakeholders and teams.
