Job summary

Aviva Canada seeks a highly motivated Program Manager to drive delivery in alignment with organizational goals. You will lead large programs, manage budgets over $10M, and balance Agile practices with governance requirements.

Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams is essential. The role requires a Bachelor's degree (PMP preferred) and 12+ years in program management, with Guidewire and cloud technology experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 12 years of program management experience, including large budgets.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; PMP certification required.
Experience in Insurance or transformational programs is highly desirable.
Proven ability to lead programs with Agile and governance requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle to deliver intended outcomes.
Manage executive stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans with scope, timelines and budgets.
Oversee risk management and mitigation planning for project delivery.
Ensure clear communication; provide regular status updates.
