Job summary

Bhuvitech Innovations seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale cloud migration and transformation programs across multiple workstreams in a hybrid Toronto setting.

You will establish governance, delivery plans, budgets, and executive dashboards, working with senior stakeholders to drive cross-functional delivery and achieve enterprise outcomes on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• 7+ years of Program Management experience.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale Cloud Migration/Cloud Transformation programs.
• Proven experience in Program Governance and multi-workstream delivery.
• Budget Management and Financial Governance expertise.
• Executive Reporting and Stakeholder Management skills.
• Experience with Agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Banking/Financial Services domain experience is preferred.
• Roles: PMO Lead, Delivery Manager, Transformation Manager are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cloud migration and technology transformation programs across multiple workstreams.
• Establish and manage program governance, delivery plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, financial tracking, and overall governance.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports, steering committee updates, and program dashboards.
• Collaborate with senior business, technology, infrastructure, security, and vendor stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
• Manage resource planning, vendor coordination, and delivery dependencies.
• Ensure effective execution using Agile, hybrid, and enterprise delivery methodologies.
• Track KPIs, risks, financial performance, and delivery outcomes.
• Support change management, operational readiness, and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, audit, and reporting standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong experience managing enterprise-scale Cloud Migration / Cloud Transformation programs.
• Proven experience in Program Governance and multi-workstream delivery.
• Strong experience with Budget Management and Financial Governance.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management and Executive Reporting skills.
• Experience managing senior leadership, steering committees, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and hybrid delivery models.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Banking / Financial Services domain experience is preferred.
• Candidates with backgrounds as Program Manager, Delivery Manager, Transformation Manager, PMO Lead, or Cloud Migration Program Lead are preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in a Hybrid model in Toronto, Ontario.
