Job summary

CAE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee resources and schedules for complex projects in Montreal. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage prototypes and high-risk activities, and drive profitability while coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor degree and 5–12 years of project management experience, plus fluency in English and French. Knowledge in Power BI and cyber security is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management.
• Minimum of 5 to 12 years of related experience.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Knowledge in Power BI.
• Knowledge in Cyber Security.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources to meet contractual obligations and profitability.
• Handle prototypes or high-risk projects and contribute to product line improvements.
• Develop a project management plan for unique and complex projects.
• Set goals for major complex projects with financial impact.
• Provide day-to-day leadership for team members.
• Coordinate and supervise multiple projects with scheduling and subcontracting.
