The role demands hands-on leadership, overseeing enterprise programs, coordinating 6 Project Managers, and delivering on time and on budget with strong executive oversight. You will drive office consolidation, workplace transformation, and portfolio optimization while managing budgets, risks, and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading enterprise-scale programs.
• Mandatory corporate real estate and workplace transformation experience.
• Proven PMO management with multiple PMOs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial, budgeting, risk management, governance experience.
• Ability to influence senior executives and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent executive reporting and communication skills.
• Education and PM/real estate certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent programs and mentor a team of Project Managers.
• Lead complex real estate initiatives including office consolidation and portfolio optimization.
• Manage project plans, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and resources.
• Prepare executive-level reports, recommendations, and updates for steering committees.
• Monitor budgets, identify risks, develop mitigation plans, drive resolution.
• Build alignment across business leaders, internal teams, and external partners.
• Use dashboards and KPIs to track progress and support data-driven decisions.
• Manage scope changes and ensure adherence to PM frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and apply lessons learned.
