Responsibilities

• Define objectives, scope, deliverables for multiple real estate initiatives.
• Lead planning and execution of concurrent programs in modernization and relocation.
• Support governance forums with executive reporting and briefing materials.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to track performance and risks.
• Proactively identify gaps and drive resolution with accountability.
