Catalyste+ is seeking a Senior Manager to drive program development and growth across international services. The role collaborates with senior leaders to design proposals, manage the portfolio, and align strategy with risk-aware execution.

Location can be Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia or NT with remote or hybrid options. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, apply results-based management principles, and cultivate partnerships with funders and organizations to expand

Qualifications

• Strong program design and proposal development experience.
• University degree in international development or related field.
• Leadership and ability to influence stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead program development growth by designing and writing strong proposals and notes.
• Coordinate with senior leaders to implement Catalyste+ strategy and opportunities.
• Track, prioritize and report on program development initiatives and opportunities.
