Fluency in French and English is essential for daily tasks and stakeholder communication. The role requires five years in IT operations, familiarity with monitoring tools, and scripting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in production systems support or IT operations.
• Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Fluency in French and English for daily tasks and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production activities for availability and stability and apply corrective actions.
• Provide Level 1–2 incident management and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Participate in a 24/7 global support model across regions.
• Record interventions and support root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Offer after-hours support and participate in on-call rotations.
