Job summary

Bailey Metal Products is seeking a Production Manager at the Edmonton location to lead daily manufacturing operations and advance safety, quality, and productivity. You will drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and related methodologies while coordinating with the Alberta Operations team.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of OEE and cost controls, and experience with steel coil handling and safety compliance. Come join a Top Employer committed to growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence programs.
• Strong knowledge of OH&S regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to operate steel coil forklift and overhead crane.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees and schedule staffing to meet requirements.
• Lead safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity initiatives.
• Drive waste reduction and continuous improvement programs.
• Coordinate plant training, safety programs, and monthly CI meetings.
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate with Purchasing on coil inventory.
