Job summary

Desjardins is seeking a Product Owner - Product Management to represent the voice of the client and ensure a positive member experience. You will lead backlog activities, collaborate with project developers and business analysts, and drive strategic initiatives that impact multiple business sectors.

You will coach other product owners, manage stakeholder relationships, and advise on planning, development and delivery to realize expected benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of six years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the client in projects and ensure the member/client experience.
• Establish product backlog for projects and squads with significant scope for the business and Desjardins Group.
• Advise clients and partners on planning, development, performance and follow-up of strategic projects and mandates.
• Coach other product owners and coordinate with stakeholders across the organization.
