Job summary

Desjardins, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a product administration advisor to provide administrative support to Desjardins components and help administer specialized products and member/client accounts.

You will diagnose issues, develop objectives and action plans, analyze data, and carry out projects while advising practitioners and units across the organization. Fluency in French and strong English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• A minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• CPA designation obtained or currently being pursued.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues, challenges and needs to determine target outcomes.
• Develop and help implement objectives, solutions and action plans.
• Analyze data, conduct studies, make recommendations and write reports.
