The opportunity
As a Senior Product Owner in our Member Services focused Data and Analytics function, you'll be at the heart of our product strategy and vision. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and find ways to enhance product value. By balancing different interests, you'll make sure our product roadmaps are clear and aligned with what everyone expects.
In this leadership role, you'll inspire and guide the delivery team to bring the product vision to life. You'll play a key part in shaping the maturity of our function and the squads you work with, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation. You'll also be instrumental in advancing our artificial intelligence aspirations, driving both service excellence and operational efficiency. You'll define the product roadmap, set success criteria for new features, and be the voice of the customer throughout the delivery process. Your leadership will help us deliver high-quality solutions that meet our members' needs and exceed their expectations.
Who you'll work with
The Senior Product Owner works to identify and prioritize features that meet the needs of a diverse set of business users across the Member Services division as well as teams within the broader enterprise, ensuring organizational alignment and communicating partner needs in the form of story maps, product roadmap, and user stories in the product backlog. You will work closely with development team members (Developers, BA, QA) and the Scrum Master to provide clarity, refinement and suitable detail for each user story.
