About The Role : We seek an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to be our founding PMM. You will collaborate closely with leadership to refine our go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning. Your role is crucial in communicating our platform's value, ensuring alignment with market needs, and creating content that drives adoption and revenue. Areas of Focus :

  • Launch & Go-to-Market Strategy :
  • Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for new and existing solutions.
  • Define target markets and craft clear value propositions for each audience.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Translate technical features into clear customer benefits.
  • Customer, Market, and Competitive Research :
  • Conduct research to understand customer pain points, market trends, and competitors.
  • Use insights to guide product strategy and messaging refinement.
  • Content Creation and Management :
  • Oversee development of datasheets, whitepapers, blogs, and other assets.
  • Partner with content teams for customer stories, use-case libraries, and buyer materials.
  • Support marketing campaigns with tailored content.

Requirements :

  • 3-5 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably in startups (
  • Proven success in launching and influencing GTM strategies across multiple products and personas.
  • Experience in crafting messaging from scratch that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ability to lead product launches with fast-paced product and engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with CEOs, founders, and executives.
  • Experience creating datasheets, whitepapers, blogs, and marketing materials.
  • Ability to contribute strategically while managing details.
  • Strong storytelling skills to translate features into engaging messaging.
  • Confidence in voicing opinions and driving team alignment.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS business dynamics and cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in resource-limited startup environments with a proactive attitude.
