Job summary

Constant Contact in Canada seeks a Principal Product Manager to shape and grow its partner ecosystem through product strategy and vertical partnerships, starting with Real Estate and other industries.

As an individual contributor, you’ll own the roadmap, define integrations and embedded experiences, work with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Legal, and drive cross‑functional alignment to accelerate partner‑driven growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or partner‑integration products.
• Experience launching product from problem to MVP to launch, including external integrations.
• Proficient with APIs, data models, and system design discussions with engineers.
• Experience with rev‑share, co‑sell, or embedded distribution models.
• Ability to drive results through influence in cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and launch of partner‑driven experiences across multiple industry verticals.
• Build a reusable vertical model for entering new industries.
• Define and ship integrations, embedded experiences, co‑built offers, templates, and marketplace listings with partners.
• Collaborate with engineering on APIs, data flows, authentication, reliability, and maintenance.
• Identify AI opportunities to speed onboarding and content creation, and prioritize with engineering and design.
• Run discovery with partners and customers and translate into a prioritized backlog.
• Design and run pilots with defined success criteria and scale or sunset decisions.
• Align cross‑functional teams to deliver partner products and define pricing, rev‑share, and go‑to‑market plans.
