Job summary

Affirms is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its 1:Many Growth team to own and scale platform partnerships that enable merchants to offer Affirms as a payment method. You will define product features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive measurable merchant growth across partner ecosystems.

The role focuses on building durable partner integration capabilities, accelerating time-to-market, and partnering with commercial and product marketing to craft go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience shipping multiple technical software products from kickoff to post-launch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, and data analysts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to align complex stakeholders.
• Bonus: Fintech, lending, ecommerce, or BNPL experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, launch, and grow integrations with payment and platform partners.
• Build durable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy to speed future integrations.
• Develop relationships with platform partners and use feedback to drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize features to improve customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team and track success metrics.
