What You Will Do:
- Partner with Sales:Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
- Own the Annual Marketing Plan:Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing plan, ensuring it aligns with the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.
- Create Key Strategy Documents:Author and leverage the marketing team to create strategic plans, product launch plans, and other key strategy documents.
- Identify Customer Needs:Surface new or unexpressed customer needs, leading to product and program improvements.
- Gather Competitive Information:Adhere to organizational protocols, practices, and procedures for gathering competitive information.
- Drive Segmentation and Targeting:Implement segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency.
- Develop Pricing Strategies:Create pricing approaches consistent with the marketing strategy and brand positioning.
- Forecast Resource Needs:Accurately forecast resource needs to ensure optimal allocation.
- Establish Metrics and Goals:Set metrics, goals, success criteria, and milestones to measure and achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrate Financial Acumen:Show strong financial acumen in all marketing activities.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years of work experience required.
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Desired):
- MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in medical device or digital medical technology marketing/sales preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
- Persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.
- Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
