Babylist is seeking a product leader for Babylist Money's Early Investor. You will own the full product experience, define monetization, drive top-of-funnel growth, and build hooks that bring families back to Babylist long after the baby shower.

You’ll work closely with an engineering manager and a growing team to move fast with AI-forward tools. The role emphasizes revenue impact, roadmap ownership, and a strong data-driven approach to product decisions in a remote-friendly environment across

Qualifications

• Experience defining monetization strategy and driving growth impact.
• History shipping end-to-end product experiences from blank page to launch.
• Demonstrated ability to work with engineering and QA directly.
• Experience growing consumer-facing products with data-driven iteration.
• Comfort with AI-assisted product development and testing.

Responsibilities

• Own Early Investor end-to-end from concept to measurable results.
• Drive top-of-funnel growth and report outcomes clearly.
• Identify monetization options beyond fees and build business cases.
• Create sticky features to re-engage postpartum families.
• Collaborate daily with an engineering manager and team as a true partner.
• Communicate wins, failures, and learnings to leadership in a structured way.
