Finlink Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a growing digital platform in a highly regulated consumer space. You will own roadmaps, work with engineering, design, legal, and leadership to deliver features that boost player engagement, onboarding, and monetization.

The role requires proactive decision-making in evolving environments, with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to move projects forward with minimal direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, including senior-level responsibilities.
• Experience owning and delivering complex product initiatives independently.
• Strong collaboration with engineering in agile environments and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to document product requirements clearly (PRDs, user stories, workflows, acceptance criteria).
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and day-to-day product direction for key platform areas.
• Lead initiatives from discovery through launch and post-release iteration.
• Translate business needs into clear product documentation (PRDs, user stories, workflows).
• Collaborate with engineering, design, legal, compliance, operations, and leadership to improve engagement and monetization.
• Ensure releases are delivered on time and meet user and business expectations.
