Job summary

MaintainX, a leading mobile-first work execution platform, seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager to own IAM and Entitlements domains. You will craft roadmaps, define governance, and collaborate with Engineering to sequence deliveries.

You’ll partner with Sales, CS, and Finance to align licensing needs with GTM strategy, and drive a unified framework across legacy systems while advancing monetization and feature rollout.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with a roadmap/charter experience.
• Technical fluency in identity concepts (authentication, authorization, SSO, SCIM).
• Experience consolidating fragmented systems into a unified framework and partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to define charter and roadmap with limited structure and senior stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for IAM and Entitlements and Product Configuration teams.
• Define the charter, roadmap, and success metrics for Entitlements and Product Configuration.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize delivery sequences.
• Define a unified framework for feature flags, gating, and rollout across the product.
• Identify and prioritize gaps in monetization, rollout, experimentation, and entitlements management.
• Ensure entitlement/license-count data stays accurate as billing ownership transitions to Autodesk.
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Finance to align licensing with go-to-market and operational needs.
• Introduce consistent product practices across both domains.
