Job summary

MaintainX, now part of Autodesk, is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own the Templating Service end to end for enterprise accounts. You will unify configuration systems, define policies and versioning, and lead design-partner sessions to drive a data-driven product roadmap.

Experience with platform-level work in enterprise SaaS is essential. You will shape a scalable hierarchy, support asset/location modeling, and ensure non-breaking upgrades for customers across sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including enterprise SaaS context.
• Strong systems thinking for complex hierarchies and data models.
• Proven ability to run design-partner sessions and translate findings into roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, roadmap and execution for templates across assets, procedures, work orders and parts.
• Consolidate overlapping configuration systems into one registry with a migration path.
• Resolve semantics around update policies, publish/merge flows and versioning.
• Lead design-partner sessions and convert insights into roadmap.
• Redesign hierarchy to support multi-site enterprises without breaking current customers.
